STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION (SGA)
The Student Government Association (SGA) at Bainbridge College
is an organization made up of students who are elected by a
college-wide student voting process. The goal of the SGA is
to work for the best interest of students. The SGA works closely
with the administration and faculty in all matters of common
interest to the College. The Bainbridge College administration
often requests SGA members to attend meetings and committees
relating to students.
Students who want to become an officer in SGA should submit a letter of intent to run to the Vice President of Student Affairs during the third week of the semester. The SGA officer elections will be scheduled during the month of February. I encourage each of you to dedicate a little time and to seek an SGA office. The benefits of becoming affiliated with the SGA are personally and professionally rewarding. Becoming an SGA member is a great way to get involved in campus activities and programs, while developing leadership skills, as well.
