A transcript is a copy of a student’s permanent Academic Record. It contains a minimum amount of personal data about the student and a chronological account of the student’s academic achievements at Bainbridge State College. A transcript also includes a list of courses and credits transferred from any institution formerly attended by the student.

How to Request a Transcript?

Students who wish to have a transcript of their record sent to another institution should request the transcript at least two weeks prior to the date the transcript is needed.

Current and former students have two options he or she can use to request a copy of his or her transcript: (note: Transcript requests must be written. Requests cannot be taken over the telephone)

Option 2

Current and former students can visit the Student Services Building and complete a “Request for Transcript” form. The cost is $5 for a transcript to be processed within the normal 3 business day time frame or $10 for an expedited transcript to be processed immediately. Fee payment must be made at the time of request. The transcript can be delivered electronically or mailed depending on the need of the student.
