The Department of Public Safety welcomes you to the Bainbridge State College community.
The mission of the Bainbridge State College Department of Public Safety to provide professional law enforcement and security services to the campus community with dependability, courage, and integrity.
The Department of Public Safety strives to achieve this mission by mean of a community-friendly approach that enhances safety through the visibility of law enforcement and security personnel, preventive patrol and 24-hour accessibility.
It is composed of both sworn Police Officers and Security Officers. The Department has full law enforcement jurisdiction on all college property and 500 yards beyond.
The Bainbridge State College Department of Public Safety is located in the Kirbo Regional Center, Bainbridge Campus. For your convenience and protection, Bainbridge State College provides 24- hour, 7 days a week campus security services.

Sex Offender Registration and Registry Any person who is required under the laws of his or her state of residence to register as a sex offender is also required to provide written notice to the Bainbridge State College Police Department that they are enrolled as a student, working, or volunteering at Bainbridge State College. Furthermore, the student, employee, or volunteer is required to provide written notice of each change in enrollment or employment to the Bainbridge State College Police Department.
