The vision for the Office of Student Success & Retention (OSSR) is to design sustainable and responsive student support services that achieve regional and national recognition for excellence. Through collaboration and interaction with other members of all campus sectors, both academic and non-academic, OSSR seeks to affect positively the recruitment, retention, graduation, and post-graduation outcomes for all our students.
