The Office of Human Resources’ mission is to be a strategic partner with faculty, staff, and student employees of Bainbridge State College and identify and respond to its changing needs. The Office of Human Resources will take a leadership role to administer effective Human Resources Programs to recruit, employ, develop, and retain a qualified, diverse workforce who will support the mission of the College. The Office of Human Resources is committed to providing value-added services exceeding the expectations of its customers, and values ethics, integrity and trust in all that we do. We foster an environment of open communication and collaborative problem solving that provides effective counsel, guidance, and advice to our customers.
