Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
This activity begins with great cardio to get those hearts pumping and muscles moving. The class will be a combination of aerobics, step, ball, weights, bosu, bands, and floor work. Never the same workout two days in a row. Keep those muscles guessing, so they will keep responding and improving.
