Bainbridge State College’s School of Health Sciences and Professional Studies offers non-traditional career training, which proves to be beneficial to the student with mentors to support their goals. A non-traditional career is known as one where less than 25 percent of the workforce is of the gender. Recently, students in non-traditional career training programs received supplies from the Technical College System of Georgia. Officer Harrell wins use of car

During Bainbridge State College’s Tutoring Center open house on Wednesday Oct. 1, BSC Officer Beau Harrell was announced as the winner of the use of a car from Action GM for a month due to his six-month streak of perfect attendance. Regular, full-time Bainbridge State employees with perfect work attendance are eligible to earn the use of a vehicle donated by Action GM.

BSC Student Government Officers create scholarship for students

Georgia Power presents BSC with rebate check for energy efficiency

Georgia Power is helping Bainbridge State College save money and energy with the company’s Commercial Energy Efficient Program. On Monday, August 25, Georgia Power presented the college with a rebate check for $3,293 for making energy efficiency improvements, which include replacing 37 lights with more efficient LED fixtures.
