Beasley speaking at BSC’s Georgia Poetry Circuit March 31

Sandra Beasley, a prize-winning poet and author, will be the third Bainbridge State College’s guest lecturer of the 2013-14 Georgia Poetry Circuit Series on Monday, March 31. 10K added to Purple Heart runs

Bainbridge State College’s Student Veterans of America organization will host its Purple Heart 5K and one-mile walk, along with a newly added 10K run, on Saturday, March 15, beginning at 9 a.m. The runs begin at the College, located at 2500 E. Shotwell St., and the races will all take place on the Bainbridge State campus. The courses consist of both asphalt road and cross-country terrain.
