Alternative Complaints and Appeals Resources
ABAC-Bainbridge strives to satisfactorily resolve student complaints and appeals. If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the student may then file a grievance with the regulatory agency in the state where they are receiving instruction and/or the institution’s accrediting agency.
Any student or employee in the University System aggrieved by a final decision of the president of an institution may apply to the Board of Regents for a review of the decision (www.usg.edu/regents/bylaws).
