Mission Statement

Human Resources' mission is to be a strategic partner with faculty, staff and retirees of Bainbridge College and identify and respond to its changing needs. The Human Resources Department will take a leadership role to administer effective Human Resources Programs to recruit, employ, develop and retain a qualified, diverse workforce who will support the mission of the College. The Human Resources Department is committed to providing value added service exceeding the expectations of its customers, and values ethics, integrity and trust in all that we do. We foster an environment of open communication and collaborative problem solving that provides effective counsel, guidance and advice to our customers.
