Hi. I am a freshman in High school at the moment. I was wondering if I could enroll in a few courses over the summer at the college. May I do that even though I’m still in high school?

“Hi! Thank you for your interest in Bainbridge State College! As soon as your junior year begins you can enroll in the Accel program, which will allow you to take a couple of courses while still in high school. Go ahead and start talking to your counselor about it and begin preparing to take the SAT, which is necessary for getting into the Accel program. We really want you to enroll at BSC, we just have to wait a bit longer before you can. If you have any questions about Accel, please contact Alex Byrd at 248-2504 and feel free to visit campus whenever you wish. We can’t wait to have you at BSC in a couple of years!”

  2. HI MY NAME IS KIMBERLY KEEL, AND I WOULD LIKE TO ENROLL INTO YOU GED PROGRAM.

Hi, Im currently enrolled full time at another school but I would like to take a class over the summer while im home. What do I need to do to get enrolled for summer?

    • carol.heard says:

“Hi! Thanks for your interest in attending Bainbridge State College while you are home for the summer! You will need to approach the Registrar at your home institution about being a transient student with us. They will ask you to fill out a form and then they will send us a transient letter once they have approved the courses you want to take at BSC. Next you may need to apply at BSC for transient status (by filling out our application for admissions as a transient student) and turn in all needed documents before you can register for your courses. Please call Ridge Harper at (229)248-2451 with any further questions. We can’t wait to see you on campus!”
