On Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, Bainbridge State College lost a member of its family—Dr. Eric Dueno, Professor of Chemistry. He was dedicated faculty member, a wonderful friend and advisor to many—and a valuable asset to the College, community and region.

A College Remembrance Ceremony will be held in the Student Wellness Center tomorrow, Thursday, September 10th.  We will gather inside near the main campus entrance by the fountain at 1:00 p.m., and a reception will follow the brief program.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 11th, at Culley’s Meadow Wood Funeral Home, 1737 Riggins Road, in Tallahassee.

Everyone is invited to contribute to a special “Door Memorial” outside of Dr. Dueno’s office in Cypress Hall (Building 200).  Once there, you will find a table with index cards.  Please stop by and write a note to the Dueno family this week.  The cards will be gathered on Friday and placed into a scrapbook.  This is a great way to share your memories of Eric with his family.
