Bainbridge State College’s Director of Financial Aid Helen Catt and security officer David George each earned the use of a new vehicle for a month, thanks to a partnership with the College and Action GM.
The announcement was made during the College’s Welcome Back Bash held on Wednesday, Aug. 28, when students had the opportunity to sign up for various campus clubs and were treated to giveaways and information about the clubs and community organizations.
Students were also involved in the car announcement, as four students were picked to guess the approximate value of a Camaro and a GMC Sierra truck. The student winners of each of the “Price is Right” games were given $100 gas cards donated by Action GM’s Executive Manager Randy Soden. The students winning the $100 gas cards were Chianta Harrison of Attapulgus and Berenice Martinez of Cairo. Winning $25 gas cards were Tammy Trim of Lake Seminole and Jarvis Anderson of Attapulgus.
Regular, full-time Bainbridge State employees with perfect work attendance are eligible to earn the use of a vehicle donated by Action GM.
