Time is running out for you to take a seat at the Charles H. Kirbo Regional Center auditorium on the campus of Bainbridge State College (BSC).

By purchasing a recognition plaque and naming a seat (or seats) in the Kirbo Center’s 500-seat auditorium, your contribution will demonstrate necessary community support to facilitate receiving  state funds for new construction on BSC campuses.

The proceeds are targeted as support funds for a new academic building, which will provide much-needed classroom space and faculty offices that will ultimately offer excellent student support.

“This is your last chance to purchase a commemorative auditorium seat plaque before the initial order is placed,” said Dale Fuller, executive director of Institutional Advancement for BSC. “Naming an auditorium seat is a wonderful opportunity to give a lasting gift and to honor or remember  someone special. It could be a great gift for graduation, a wedding or an anniversary gift, or to honor someone special –like your dad for Father’s Day.”

Each brass plaque costs $200.

A plaque may include three lines of text, or you may honor a veteran with a plaque that will include an American flag and two lines of text. The plaque will be permanently mounted on the back of an auditorium seat.

A “Meet Your Seat” event will be held once the initial order is placed and plaques are affixed to the seats.

Your purchase is tax-deductible to the Bainbridge State College Foundation, Inc.

For more information or to purchase your seat at the Kirbo Center, please contact Dale Fuller at (229) 243-6436 or at dale.fuller@bainbridge.edu.
