(Bainbridge, Ga.) – A traditional pinning ceremony honored Bainbridge College (BC) students who completed BC’s Medical Assisting (MA) Program in the Division of Health Sciences. MA students from both the main campus and the Early County Center in Blakely were honored in the Aug. 2 ceremony at the Charles H. Kirbo Regional Center on the college campus in Bainbridge.

Bainbridge College Dean of the School of Health Sciences & Professional Studies Dr. Adria Belk welcomed the audience to the ceremony. Other speakers included Dean of the BC Early County Center Joan Simpson and Chair of the BC LPN & Allied Health Division Regina Jones.
Simpson told the students before they were pinned, “You have overcome any obstacles that may have been in your way and you have persevered.”
